The Hybrid Propulsion Kit Project aims to identify design and implementation problems related to hybrid propulsion systems, develop solutions using numerical models, and adapt them to a turboprop aircraft as a model platform. Initially, the project will determine the installed power values of the hybrid propulsion system for a turboprop training aircraft's mission profile. Subsequently, it will develop an algorithm for managing the propulsion system's output (shaft) speed and generate a solution set for integration problems. The project will conclude with the development of a hybrid propulsion kit design that can be integrated with turboprop engines. The hybrid kit will provide increased performance for the aircraft's takeoff and climb missions, as well as improvements in emissions and noise levels, depending on environmental conditions.
